XK9350F CNC Roller Notching And Logo Making Machine installed with Seimens CNC controller and Seimens server motor), suitable for tungsten carbide roll or high speed steel roll or high- nickel- chromium composited roll, or cast iron roll. It can notch ribs mark the symbol on the roll.

Based on patented construction of "CNC Multifunction Machine for Machining Rebar roller" and "CNC fly-cutter engraving machine" for XK 9350FA, 
the machine enjoys populr fly cutter machining method for rebar roller crescent slot machineing and high efficiency for crescent slot maching and perfect accuracy and high rigidity, as well as easily maching high hardness tungsten roller ring and composite roller.

1. Notching (base function)
CNC machine can notch ribs for the deformed steel bar with all standard. The CNC machine use 4 server motors
X axis :notch tool feed forward or turn back.
Y axis: the roll turning with worn gear
Z axis : notching tool turning on the level surface with gear drive.
A axis: the notch tool move from the left to the right.

2.Marking ( basical function)
CNC machine can mark logo, character, drawings etc. on the surface of the roll.
Marking cutter feed forward or turn back, and move from the left to the right
x axis :notch tool feed forward or turn back.
Y axis: the roll turning with worn gear
A axis: the notch tool move from the left to the right
