Type Feature
YCB011 This material has higher content of CBN, higher hardness (HV3400-3800), better thermal stability and good wear resistance, it is main using in high speed and precision cutting for iron P-M material.
YCB012 Lower CBN content, finer grain structure in PCBN grade, high hardness (HV3200-3500), good thermal stability and relatively low thermal conductivity, mainly for High-speed, high-precision continuous or minor intermittent cutting for hardened steel (HRC45-65) ,it is recommended to use dry cutting.
CA1000 Al2O3+Ticn matrix, higher abrasive resistance, suitable for continuous processing for hardened steel,ductile ion.
CN2000 Si3N4 matrix, high abrasive resistance and good toughness combination, suitable for hardened just, gray cast iron continuous, intermittent turning. Also suitable for processing die steel and other high hardness materials.
CN1000 Si3N4 matrix, anti-chipping, excellent thermal shock resistance, suitable for semi-finishing and finishing of gray cast iron, can also achieve good cutting performance when cutting heavy-duty intermittent cutting material

Our Advantages
1.High hardness and wear resistance 
The hardness of PCBN composite is hv3000 ~ 5000, which is the second highest hardness material known at present.
It has higher wear resistance than cemented carbide and ceramics when it is used to process high hardness materials

 
2.High thermal stability and high temperature hardness
The heat resistance of CBN can reach 1400 ~ 1500 ºC.
It has good red hardness.

 
3.High chemical stability
CBN has high antioxidant capacity and does not produce oxidation at 1000 ºC.
It also does not react with iron series materials at 1200-1300 ºC.
When the temperature is about 1000 ºC, it will hydrolyze with water, resulting in a large amount of CBN being worn

 
4.Good thermal conductivity
The thermal conductivity of CBN is lower than that of diamond, but much higher than that of cemented carbide.
It is beneficial to improve the machining accuracy of workpiece.

 
5.Low friction coefficient

The friction coefficient between CBN and different materials is between 0.1 and 0.3, which is much lower than that of cemented carbide (0.4-0.6)
Because of the low friction coefficient, it is not easy for CBN tools to form a stagnant layer or build up a chip when cutting.
